TECNA is the machine specifically designed for customers requiring intensive edge routing and permits the elimination of angular aggregates.
The main spindle turns by 180 degrees and performs all jobs directly. Consequently there are no angular aggregate cooling times nor limits as regards operation.
Together with such cutting-edge routing, TECNA also features the complete drilling and spot-facing available on other models.
The mechanical construction features two units: router on left and drill on right.
On the crosspiece, 4 prismatic bars are fitted and two Z axes so as to have the two operating units completely separate and independent, for a total of 5 controlled axes.
This machine is able to perform major wood removal operations, including in the case of very hard woods.
Thanks to this machine, doors can be perfectly machined. No aggregate is required and machining times are particularly fast.
TECNA is an extremely comprehensive solution to all door production needs and, with the addition of specific vices, can also make door and window frames.
